If the item is in stock, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days.
Customized items may take longer to deliver; details will be provided on the product page.
How will my order be delivered?
Lumiooi uses XIONGDA or DHL to ship products.
The specific courier company chosen depends on the size of the product/order.
Larger products and orders will be shipped by Lumiooi using a chosen courier company, and the delivery date will be determined in consultation with you after the order is ready for shipment.
You can choose to have your package delivered to a private or company address.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
No.
All items sold in our online store are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. We're sorry, customers cannot pick up individual orders themselves.
Does Lumiooi lamps worldwide?

Currently, Lumiooi only supports delivery to countries or regions covered by international express services. We apologize that we cannot serve you outside of these areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Where is my order?
Please be aware that if one or more of your products are not on stock at the time you placed the order, every monday you will recieve an email with an estimated delivery date.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace link via email.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Our products contain fragile glass items. The courier will contact you before delivery, and you must confirm receipt of the package.
Is my package insured?
We provide shipping insurance for all packages delivered from Lumioi to the recipient's address in case of loss or damage. The insurance expires once the package is signed for at the agreed address. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend that you inform the carrier of the damage upon receipt.
Q: “Returns, complaints and warranty”
I want to return an item, what should I do?
You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it following the instructions on this page. After that, we will send you the necessary information for the return. If you use our return methods, we will cover the return postage, which means you will also be covered by insurance if the package is lost in transit.
Note: If you return an item that triggered a free gift, please remember to return the gift as well.
My light is defective, what should I do?
If your light is defective, you can file a warranty claim. Depending on the specific circumstances, we will repair, replace, or refund. Please follow the steps here to submit your complaint.
Please note that if the light was purchased from an external retailer, you must contact that retailer directly.
What is your warranty policy?
Most of our products come with a 1-year replacement and a 3-year warranty, covering defects in structure and materials.
I want to exchange an item, what should I do?
We're sorry, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, please return the product and place a new order.
Please follow the instructions here for a return.
Afterwards, you will need to order new items yourself through our online store. This way, you can immediately know if the items you need are in stock, without waiting for returns to be processed.
How will my payment be refunded?
When you cancel your order or return the item, we will refund your payment to your original payment account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice or receiving the returned item.

Yes, Lumiooi uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all your card information. This means that during transactions with DIBS (the organization that processes payments for Lumiooi purchases), no unauthorized person can read your card number or other information.
My card was rejected; what should I do?
If you encounter problems completing your payment, we first suggest you try using one of our other payment methods.
If you are still unable to place an order, please contact us, and we will do our best to guide you on how to successfully complete your payment.

Which products are excluded from the discount promotion?
All products have discount promotions, offering various discounts or free shipping. You can claim coupons on the product page before placing your order.
If I return an item that triggered a free gift offer, can I keep the gift?
No, we require you to return the gift along with the item.
How can I get a discount on my newsletter subscription?

Q: “Portable lamps”
I just took the light out of the packaging, why can't I turn it on?
During shipping, the light fixture was in "shipping mode" to protect the battery from damage. The light fixture in shipping mode has approximately 60% battery charge at the factory. To activate the light fixture from shipping mode, please refer to the installation instructions.
How does stepped dimming work?
Stepped dimming increases or decreases the light brightness by preset levels. Simply press/touch the button to switch between levels.
How does stepless dimming work?
Press and hold the button, and the light brightness will slowly increase or decrease, achieving a smooth transition between different brightness levels.
This means you can set the light's brightness to any level without being limited to specific adjustment steps.
How do I switch between stepped dimming and stepless dimming?
Some of our portable lights have dimming functionality.
To switch dimming modes, first ensure the light is off. Then press and hold the button until the light flashes 2-4 times. This indicates the light has switched to another dimming mode.
What is the best way to charge the battery of a new light? To maximize battery life, we recommend fully charging and completely discharging the battery before the first few charges after unpacking the lamp.
My desk lamp either won't turn on or the battery life is very short, what should I do?
Regular charging is the best way to maintain your rechargeable battery. If your desk lamp hasn't been charged for months, the battery capacity may have decreased or even depleted, which could be why it's not working properly. A rechargeable battery will retain approximately 70% of its initial capacity after 500 charge cycles.
We recommend restarting the battery by following these steps: Charge for 24 hours, disconnect the power, turn on the lamp, and allow the battery to completely drain. Repeat several times.
If the problem persists, the battery needs to be replaced.
Battery and LED replacement kits are available as spare parts.
Can I leave the power cord on the lamp after it's fully charged?
Indicator light off: The power cord can remain connected after the battery is fully charged.
Indicator light illuminates: After the battery is fully charged, it is not recommended to leave the power cord connected, as the battery will continuously attempt to charge, which may shorten battery life and reduce battery capacity over time.
My power cord is lost, can I buy a new one?
You can find the power cord for this portable light in our spare parts section.

Why is there no adapter included? Can I buy an adapter separately?
Due to our focus on environmental protection and sustainability, this product does not include an adapter. Many customers already have compatible adapters, so we minimize adapter production and packaging. We recommend using a universal USB adapter with an output current of at least 1.5A. You can find an adapter suitable for this portable light in our spare parts section. If you cannot find the required spare part, please contact our customer service.

What type of bulb/light source should I use for my new light?

Can my light use energy-saving bulbs?
Yes, it can.

Where can I find installation instructions?
Installation and usage instructions are included in the product packaging. You can also contact our customer service if you have any questions.
How high should my pendant light be hung above the dining table?
We traditionally hang pendant lights near the dining area to create a warm dining atmosphere. We recommend a height of 55 cm to 62 cm from the bottom of small pendant lights to the tabletop, and 60 cm to 70 cm for large pendant lights. Of course, always test the height of the pendant light above the tabletop before cutting the wire.
How far apart should my pendant lights be?
If the spacing between pendant lights is approximately 80 cm, the light cones will overlap, ensuring even lighting for the work surface/desktop.
How do I replace the pendant light's wiring?
We always recommend having the power cord of Lumiooi lighting fixtures replaced by an authorized electrician. Please note that if you replace the power cord of a Lumiooi lighting fixture yourself, the warranty will be voided.
Can I buy a light fixture in a different color than shown in the picture?
Products ordered are in standard colors by default. Products with customizable colors are listed on the page. Different colors will incur an additional charge. Please note that delivery times will be longer.
Can I purchase Lumiooi lamps with extended power cords?
Lumioooi lamps typically come with a 1.5-meter power cord. If you require a longer power cord, please contact customer service to purchase one.
Can I purchase the new packaging for Lumiooi lamps?
Yes, you can purchase the new packaging for our lamps.

My light is broken, what should I do?
Shopping in our online store gives you a two-year warranty as stipulated by EU law. This means that if your light fixture has a quality defect, you can choose to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded, provided your complaint is reasonable and the defect is not caused by improper use or other damage. You can submit your complaint here.
If your light fixture needs repair and the damage is not covered by the warranty, you can purchase spare parts for all products here. If you cannot find the parts you need, you can contact our customer service here.
Does Lumiooi repair light fixtures after the warranty period?
Unfortunately, we cannot repair light fixtures after the warranty period. However, if suitable replacement parts are available, you can contact our customer service to purchase them.

If a spare part isn't available on our online store, does that mean it's discontinued?
If our online store doesn't have the spare part you need, it means that the product has been discontinued.
If you can't find the spare part you need, please contact our customer service; they can help you purchase spare parts for discontinued products.
Some spare parts require an original receipt, original equipment part, or police report to purchase.

How to clean my light fixture?

How to clean and polish the brass and copper parts of a light fixture?
This guide is only for untreated polished brass and copper surfaces. These two materials react naturally with their environment, darkening and forming a distinctive patina over time. This is normal, and we generally do not recommend polishing or cleaning these materials to maintain their original appearance. Never clean brass or copper with water, as this will cause them to lose their shine or become damaged. Always check your specific light fixture's product page to confirm its material.
If you wish to keep your untreated polished brass or copper light fixture looking brand new, follow these steps:
1. Use a polishing compound specifically designed for brass or copper, ensuring it contains as little abrasive as possible.
2. Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth.
3. Carefully polish using the same soft cloth.
4. Always wear gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the light fixture.
Why does my lampshade look a different color?
Because glass lampshades are hand-blown, slight color variations may occur. These variations are natural and add to their unique charm. If you are not satisfied with your lampshade, please click here for a lampshade evaluation and follow-up steps.
My amber glass lampshade has stains on the inside. How do I remove them?
This is due to moisture in the air. The glass lampshade can be cleaned with a 5% transparent vinegar solution, then rinsed with warm water. Afterward, it should be placed with the rough side up to air dry. Depending on the humidity of the environment where the lamp is located, this may happen again.
