Delivery:

For customers ordering overseas, please contact us before placing an order to discuss order and shipping costs. Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the customer. These costs vary by country/region, and we cannot provide specific amounts in advance. The courier company will contact you before delivery to inform you of the payment method. If you fail to pay on time, the courier company will return the package to us, and we will not be able to refund the shipping or return shipping costs.

We will do our best to ensure that the courier company delivers the goods on time, but we are not responsible for any inconvenience or costs caused by delayed delivery. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule installation before the goods arrive. If there are any out-of-stock items, please inform us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Otherwise, the courier company will not accept any claims for incorrect delivery, and we will be unable to follow up on your behalf.

Product Returns:

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of LumIooi products. If you decide to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If the returned product is unused/uninstalled, in its original packaging, and resaleable, we will be happy to process your refund. Returns should be completed within 30 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not resaleable. If the product has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee. If a return is made after 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a late return fee.

In most cases, LumIooi will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns from the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and international destinations, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return.

For any item purchased during a promotion or sale, a $6 handling fee will be charged per order for returns.

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. Please contact LumIooi staff for special circumstances.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please send pictures to our customer service team at postmaster@lumiooi.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
